Loyalty Rebate Analyst

Role Overview

US Remote – Contract Administration & Rebate Processing
Responsibilities

Assist with customer pricing and contract set‑up and review within the Zoetis rebating systems.
Review rebates in accordance with Zoetis customer agreements and marketing offers.
Prepare customer rebate statements for mailing.
Prepare sales reporting for Sales, Finance, and Marketing to support Zoetis customer agreements, including pricing, strategic, and cross‑species cross‑portfolio programs.
Respond to Zoetis customer and field‑force inquiries related to contracts, rebates, reporting, and payments.
Perform customer data and supplier maintenance/review.
Demonstrate Zoetis leader’s behaviors and act as a team player in support of all Loyalty Support responsibilities.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
Minimum of one year experience in a customer‑oriented contract management, pricing, or comparable role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills required.
Process‑oriented and able to contribute to creating new procedures.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong problem‑solving and customer‑service orientation.
Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple priorities.
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $54,000 – $78,000 (may vary by location and other factors).
