Outbound Web Lead Consultant

Position Summary We are looking for an energetic and confident Outbound Web Lead Consultant to join our sales team. The role focuses on engaging web enquiries and existing database leads through outbound calling, nurturing prospects, and handing over qualified opportunities to specialist consultants for booking conversion.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities Conduct outbound calls to web enquiries and existing database leads.
Qualify customer needs and assess suitability for A&K products and services.
Warm up leads and build a strong initial rapport with prospective clients.
Recommend appropriate products and transfer qualified leads to expert consultants.
Set appointments for sales consultants and support the sales pipeline.
Participate in outbound calling campaigns to generate new opportunities.
Carry out customer retention activity, including welcome home and bon voyage calls.
Support all product lines and accurately update systems with booking and journey notes.
Work as a commission‑earning role with incentives linked to converting leads.
Skills and Abilities Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or other client‑facing roles preferred.
Engaging and confident communicator.
Thrives in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
Sales‑focused and motivated by earning potential.
Persuasive and confident in presenting products or services.
Comfortable handling objections and providing solutions.
Interest in developing professionally into a Travel Consultant or sales role.
Previous experience with CRM systems or sales software is a plus, but not required.
Special Requirements Position may be fully remote within the Chicagoland area or follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
Salary & Benefits Hourly position with annual earnings of $35,000, with additional earning potential through sales incentives.
