Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to web enquiries and existing database leads
Qualify customer needs and assess suitability for A&K products and services
Warm up leads and build a strong initial rapport with prospective clients
Recommend appropriate products and transfer qualified leads to expert consultants
Set appointments for sales consultants and support the sales pipeline
Participate in outbound calling campaigns to generate new opportunities
Carry out customer retention activity, including welcome home and bon voyage calls
Accurately update systems with booking and journey notes
Requirements Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or other client-facing roles preferred
Must be an engaging and confident communicator
Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Sales-focused and motivated by earning potential
Must be persuasive and confident in presenting products or services
Should be comfortable handling objections and providing solutions
Interest in developing professionally into a Travel Consultant or sales role
Previous experience with CRM systems or sales software is a plus, but not required
