Program Supervisor
We are seeking a Program Supervisor who understands effective kinship case management and can lead a team of Kinship Case Manager Navigators serving relative caregiver families throughout Hamilton County and surrounding region. The supervisor will conduct weekly case reviews, monthly file audits, and provide coaching to team members. They will maintain detailed oversight of each team member’s caseload.

What the position offers

Starting Pay Range: $50-60k annually

Qualifications

3+ years of child welfare or human services experience, with supervisory experience preferred

Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or related field (Master’s preferred)

Valid driver’s license and compliance with relevant credentialing, licensing, and privileging standards

The ability to hold high standards and provide high support simultaneously
