Your Mission
Within the Gennevilliers agency, you are responsible for the organization, follow-up, and successful completion of the construction sites under your charge, in compliance with health, safety, and environmental rules. Through the agency's activities, you will be involved in qualitative improvements, sanitation, and urban heat network works.
Your Main Responsibilities
You analyze the risks of the construction site and ensure the safety of people and the protection of the environment concerned by the activities: compliance with legislation, regulations, rules, and internal procedures in the fields of Health, Safety, and Environment.
You ensure the realization of the construction site and organize it by providing the necessary resources for its completion (human and material needs), transmit useful information and documents to the site managers.
You follow the financial and contractual management: you establish and monitor the budget, maintain client relations, manage subcontractors/suppliers, invoicing, and follow-up on customer accounts, identify and manage risks and opportunities.
You pilot the performance of the construction site and implement corrective measures if necessary: you present performance objectives to the site manager, follow associated indicators, and report to your hierarchy.
You add value in the optimization of your operations: you demonstrate creativity in finding innovative solutions (variants, reduction of deadlines, etc.).
You manage your teams: you organize your teams, manage training, and participate in recruitment, evaluate your teams.
Your Profile
With a training from Bac + 2 (BTS, DUT) to Bac + 5 (engineering school, master…) specialized in the field of civil engineering and urban planning. You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in leading similar construction activities.
You enjoy teamwork, you are autonomous and rigorous, you have an entrepreneurial spirit. Autonomous and responsible, you are recognized for your creativity and tenacity.
You have strong organizational and anticipation skills and real managerial competencies.
Driving license B required.
