Your main missions are to coordinate and realize the projects entrusted to you in respect of the objectives set by the Production Manager in terms of safety, progress, schedule, and budget, in respect of the commitments made with the client, the SE framework, and the regulatory framework.
You are the main and daily contact with the client regarding the site and, as such, prepare and participate in the weekly and daily meetings of the site.
Constantly traveling across France, you will work on the sites assured by the company on the high-speed lines.
Attached to the Works Directorate, your main missions will be:
Preparation of the site:
Conduct preliminary meetings for the site,
Familiarize yourself with the study dossier prepared by the upstream cell and ensure the existence, follow-up, and traceability of the necessary input data for the proper execution of the site,
Take ownership of the technical data specific to the site,
Participate in the elaboration of the work schedule and express your human and material needs according to the objectives set;
Prepare a dossier for each collaborator and determine the objectives to be achieved,
Prepare the documents for site preparation for transmission to the director of works,
Motivate any adjustments to the objectives imposed by your Direction,
Validate the PPSPS, PPQ, and PPAE, etc.
Follow the realization of the site:
Ensure during the site the respect of the safety, regularity, and quality of the site,
Realize and send the weekly forecast, establish the daily program,
Keep the progress schedule up to date and hold follow-up meetings with the Technical Director,
Supervise the analysis of all activity reports to feed all dashboards,
Control the progress of the site, anticipate future steps.
Analyze the deviations from the objectives set and put in place the associated action plans,
Carry out regular site visits,
Alert the production manager in case of additional requests and write the content of the new prices from a technical point of view before validation by the Works Director.
Communicate, evaluate, and train collaborators and propose training and promotion actions,
Handle and follow up on non-conformities and anomalies of the site,
Participate in the operations prior to the reception and lift the reserves to receive the site and obtain the PV of reception,
At the end of the site, participate in the internal and external REX and complete the EDMA form.
Safety policy:
Apply the culture of prevention, safety instructions, and respect for the environment with a duty of exemplarity,
Follow the implementation of safety instructions and participate in the different safety meetings (internal and external),
Establish with the coordinator the accident and disaster declarations and participate in their analysis.
What we are looking for:
Education: Bac +3/+5 in Public Works or Site Management
Experience: You ideally have previous experience in team management and site supervision.
Mobility/Travel: Position with travel across France
Hours: Variable hours, day, night, week, weekend, or public holidays
Type of Contract: Full-time CDI
Remuneration: Salary according to profile
