AlloHire is looking for a Talent Partner to join our growing recruiting agency in support of one of our most important and longest-standing client partnerships.
We believe talent is the highest-leverage function inside any organization, and we exist to help people-first leaders hire the people who will drive their growth.
Our Talent Partners are brought in to solve the who problems that don't have easy answers – primarily by expanding our client's ability to fill hard-to-fill roles.
This role requires more than sourcing skill – it requires a posture of servant leadership, working on behalf of the internal recruiters we partner with to make their jobs easier and their team more effective.
What You'll Be Doing

Own a desk of hard-to-fill roles across a national distribution center network – typically no more than four requisitions at a time
Proactively source and deliver qualified candidates that haven't been surfaced through traditional channels or inbound applicant flow
Maintain a consistent cadence of at least one qualified submission per role per week
Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring priorities across distribution centers
Partner directly with client hiring leaders on sourcing strategy, candidate calibration, and engagement
Collaborate closely with an established AlloHire recruiting team, leveraging institutional knowledge and market insights built over years of partnership
Who You Are

Proven full-cycle recruiting experience – ideally in distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or other operational environments
A natural sourcer who finds people others can't – boolean strings, AI-powered sourcing tools, creative outreach, and non-obvious channels
Disciplined and consistent – you hit your cadence even when roles are hard
Ability to operate independently while working collaboratively within an established team
High degree of ownership, sound judgment, and adaptability
Genuine desire to solve the talent problems that don't have easy answers
