Talent Partner – Technical Recruiting

AlloHire is looking for a Talent Partner to join our growing recruiting team and support an upcoming enterprise client engagement focused on technical and other highly specialized hiring.

We believe talent is the highest-leverage function inside any organization, and we exist to help people-first leaders hire the people who will drive their growth.

Our Talent Partners share this mindset and partner directly with experienced hiring leaders to drive exceptional outcomes.

This is not a sourcing-only role. We need someone who can independently lead full-cycle recruiting while serving as a seamless extension of the client's internal talent organization.

What You'll Be Doing

Own full-cycle recruiting for specialized roles, primarily across technical functions such as engineering and product, while supporting other business-critical hiring needs as they arise

Partner directly with hiring managers on intake, calibration, and hiring strategy

Build and manage candidate pipelines across a variety of functions

Drive interview process management and candidate communication

Lead offer-stage conversations, including compensation discussions

Operate as a trusted extension of the client's internal Talent Acquisition team

Who You Are

Proven track record recruiting technical talent and other specialized roles

Experience owning full-cycle recruiting in startup, SaaS, fintech, or other fast-moving environments

Ability to operate independently with minimal oversightStrong communication skills and executive presence when partnering with hiring managers

Comfortable navigating compensation conversations and complex offer structures

High degree of ownership, sound judgment, adaptability, and intellectual curiosity

Genuine desire to help companies build winning teams and create exceptional candidate experiences
