Talent Coordinator
We're hiring a Talent Coordinator with 1+ years of experience to serve as the right hand to the Head of Talent at a fast-growing AI infrastructure company - managing the operational engine behind all recruiting activity. This is a high-energy, high-ownership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, learns fast, and is ready to touch every part of the recruiting process, from candidate management to interview coordination to offer logistics. You'll work directly alongside the Head of Talent, handling the work that keeps hiring moving at startup speed - with a clear path to grow into a full recruiter over time.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing candidates through Ashby - tracking progress, sending follow-ups, collecting feedback, and keeping records accurate
Coordinating interview loops, calendar management, and scheduling across recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
Managing relationships with external partners, including outsourcers and agencies
Supporting offer process coordination, recruiting reports, and process documentation
Collaborating with EAs on work trial logistics and other coordination as the team scales
What We're Looking For
1-4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or executive assistance
Currently supporting a recruiting or talent function - ideally as a recruiter or recruiting coordinator
Extensive experience with Ashby
Experience at a high-growth company
Proficiency with modern productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack)
Experience building recruiting process documentation
Meticulous attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
Logistics
In-office 5 days/week in San Francisco, CA
Startup hours, not a strict 9-to-5
