Multi-Site Leasing ConsultantSchedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday (8AM - 5PM)Participation in an after-hours emergency on-call rotation is requiredPosition SummaryThe Leasing Consultant is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of a multifamily apartment community with a primary focus on leasing, resident relations, and administrative support. This role serves as a key point of contact for prospective and current residents and plays an important role in driving occupancy and delivering excellent customer service.Core ResponsibilitiesAssist the Community Manager with daily operations of the apartment communityAnswer incoming phone calls and respond to prospect and resident inquiriesPerform general administrative duties and recordkeepingSupport marketing efforts and leasing initiativesMaintain knowledge of apartment availability, unit condition, and rental pricingConduct leasing activities, including:Greeting and assisting prospective residentsShowing apartment homes and community amenitiesAssisting with applications and answering leasing-related questionsReviewing applications for completeness and submitting for screeningPreparing leases and ensuring proper executionAccepting and recording resident paymentsPerform move-in and move-out inspections and complete condition reports with residentsMaintain cleanliness of the leasing office and common areasCommunicate professionally and courteously with residents, prospects, vendors, and team membersMaintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance at all timesEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and fair housing regulationsPerform additional duties as assigned by the Community Manager or Property ManagerAll responsibilities are performed under the direction and approval of the assigned Portfolio Manager, and duties may be adjusted based on operational needs.Minimum Qualifications & RequirementsExperience in leasing, customer service, sales, hospitality, or resident-facing roles preferredStrong communication, organizational, and customer service skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer skills and ability to learn property management softwareReliable transportation, valid Washington State driver’s license, and active auto insuranceAbility to work flexible hours, including occasional weekendsCandidates who do not meet every qualification but possess relevant experience and a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.Physical RequirementsAbility to sit, stand, walk, and tour the community for extended periodsFrequent computer, phone, and in-person interactionAbility to conduct indoor and outdoor apartment tours
