Job Overview
Director GLO Product Group Leader supporting the Global Legal Organization (GLO) within Corporate Business Technology (CBT). Based in New Brunswick, NJ, you will lead cross‑functional technology teams to design, develop, and deliver digital solutions that improve legal processes, reduce risk, and increase efficiency across the organization.
Responsibilities
Lead multiple technology portfolios, including digital solutions for Global Spend Management, Contracting, Work Management, and Knowledge Management.
Drive the technology strategy, planning, governance, and capability roadmap for the GLO.
Create and maintain global digital roadmaps aligned with CBT and JJT enterprise teams.
Build, prioritize, and deliver a digital pipeline that delivers measurable business impact.
Partner with Information Security & Risk Management (ISRM) to establish policies and controls protecting enterprise assets.
Shape and lead diverse, inclusive teams that foster experimentation and high‑value opportunities.
Collaborate with senior leadership to redesign current‑state business flows and improve financial performance.
Engage functional leaders to continuously enhance product features and meet strategic priorities set by the GLO.
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of technology experience in legal organizations, including advanced legal and spend‑management platforms.
Strong background in contracting, knowledge management, litigation, and/or intake/demand management platforms.
Experience with data and analytics; preference for analytical, cost‑management, and research‑and‑development skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, global teams for program, project, and product‑management initiatives.
Excellent decision‑making, consulting, executive‑level communication, and presentation skills.
Collaborative leadership that drives experimentation with technology and establishes shared platforms.
AI Knowledge and Experience
Proven experience leveraging AI technologies to enhance product capabilities, improve user experience, and deliver business outcomes.
Understanding of AI concepts and frameworks, including agentic AI, and ability to translate technical capabilities into product strategy.
Ability to integrate AI‑driven features into digital products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and organizational goals.
Experience collaborating with data‑science and engineering teams to define AI requirements, evaluate feasibility, and prioritize AI‑enabled functionality.
Awareness of ethical considerations and responsible AI practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and corporate policies.
Hands‑on experience generating prompts, refining, and measuring prompts to boost workflow efficiency.

Base salary $150,000 – $258,750
