Sales Specialist

Natalie Dance Academy is a growing dance studio dedicated to inspiring people of all ages to discover the joy of dance, build confidence, and develop real skills in a supportive and energetic environment.

We are currently looking for a motivated and persuasive Sales & Student Growth Specialist who can help us expand our student base and increase engagement in our programs.

What you will do:

Attract new students to the academy through online and offline channels

Present and promote our dance programs in a clear and engaging way

Convert inquiries into active students and long-term members

Build relationships with parents, students, and the local community

Help develop marketing ideas and promotional campaigns

Support social media growth and student retention strategies

What we are looking for:

Strong communication and sales skills

Experience in marketing, customer service, or education sales (preferred but not required)

Passion for dance, fitness, or creative industries

Confidence in speaking with people and closing sales

Self-motivated and results-driven personality

Ability to work independently and take initiative
