Who You Are
You will serve as the Global Supply Chain, Program Management – Subcontract Manager. The leader of this team will execute highly complex contracts with a LM Aero strategic supplier in General Dynamics. Experience with FAR 15, TINA negotiations, proposal compliance, purchase order compliance, SAP and delivery execution is required.

What You Will Be Doing
This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Global Supply Chain over the F‑35 BAE UK Teammate and AAE, and is responsible for all subcontract management activities with BAE UK Teammate, supporting the sustainment lifecycles for the F‑35 Program.

The role manages a team of Subcontract Administrators/Managers and coordinates with Subcontract Program Managers who oversee cost schedule and supplier performance. Responsibilities include employee selection, hiring, training, development, performance assessment, work assignments, disciplinary actions, and directing all phases of subcontracts from initiation, RFPs, proposals, terms and conditions, negotiations, executing purchase orders, subcontract management of suppliers, internal audits, cost accountability executive reviews, supplier reviews, program reviews, and all associated metrics.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university

Supply Chain, Supply Chain Integration, or Logistics experience

Experience with subcontract cost, quality, schedule and/or technical program performance

Experience leading a team in a fast‑paced environment, focusing on team growth and member development

Desired Skills

Effective leadership that builds organizational talent and fosters a positive employee engagement culture

Continuous improvement experience and ability to implement change and drive efficiency

Experience attracting, developing, and retaining subcontract management talent to improve overall group performance

Experience with executive program reviews

Knowledge of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15 procurements

Negotiations experience with Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)

Knowledge of Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP)

Experience with delivery execution

Advanced SAP knowledge and experience

Domestic travel up to 10% required

Security Clearance Statement
This position requires a government security clearance; US citizenship is required. Clearance level: Secret.
