Engagement Manager, NetSuite

Managing and developing a team of up to 10 consultants, the full-time remote Engagement Manager, NetSuite will oversee end-to-end implementations of NetSuite for a portfolio of clients, while serving as a client advocate and providing business process advisory based on extensive experience in NetSuite and business transformation.
Key responsibilities

Lead full-cycle NetSuite implementation projects, including planning, design, build, verification, deployment, and support
Advise clients on standard functionality, best practices, and conduct discovery workshops for requirements gathering and process mapping
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver custom solutions and manage project scope, budget, and client interactions

Required qualifications

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems
6+ years of hands-on NetSuite configuration and consulting experience, including 8+ full life cycle implementations
NetSuite Certifications (ERP Consultant, Administrator) are heavily preferred
Strong background in finance/accounting, supply chain, or consulting services
Experience managing a team of 5+ consultants across multiple engagements
