Global Field Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end planning and execution of global conferences, exhibitions, and company-hosted events
  • Translate product capabilities into compelling booth experiences, demo showcases, and offline storytelling
  • Lead booth design direction and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver a premium brand experience
  • Manage the full event lifecycle, including planning, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up
  • Partner closely with the sales team to track leads, support conversion, and measure event ROI
  • Handle onsite operations across international events, including setup, vendor coordination, VIP hosting, and issue resolution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Experience in field marketing, conference marketing, exhibition planning, or related roles in technology, B2B, internet, or SaaS companies
  • Strong understanding of how technical or software products should be presented in offline environments
  • Strong taste in visual presentation, spatial design, and brand experience
  • Highly self-driven, execution-oriented, and comfortable with frequent international travel
  • Able to stay calm under pressure and respond quickly to onsite challenges
  • Preferred: experience independently owning the full end-to-end cycle of international events
