Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end planning and execution of global conferences, exhibitions, and company-hosted events
Translate product capabilities into compelling booth experiences, demo showcases, and offline storytelling
Lead booth design direction and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver a premium brand experience
Manage the full event lifecycle, including planning, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up
Partner closely with the sales team to track leads, support conversion, and measure event ROI
Handle onsite operations across international events, including setup, vendor coordination, VIP hosting, and issue resolution
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above
Experience in field marketing, conference marketing, exhibition planning, or related roles in technology, B2B, internet, or SaaS companies
Strong understanding of how technical or software products should be presented in offline environmentsStrong taste in visual presentation, spatial design, and brand experience
Highly self-driven, execution-oriented, and comfortable with frequent international travel
Able to stay calm under pressure and respond quickly to onsite challenges
Preferred:
experience independently owning the full end-to-end cycle of international events
