Sales Consultant Opportunity at Crest Auto Group Immediate openings are available for passionate, career-minded sales professionals at Crest! We are seeking sales consultants who know what it takes to make the calls, follow up with the customer, set appointments, deliver a superior customer experience, and close the deal! Successful retail automotive sales members typically transition well from various other industries including but not limited to: other forms of retail or sales, hotels (front desk, concierge, etc.), restaurants (server, bartender, etc.), and customer service roles. Responsibilities:
Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
Be the vehicle expert. xsgimln Know the ins & outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
Follow-up with buyers to ensure satisfaction & generate referral business
Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
Work closely with sales managers to achieve individual and team goals
Bring your 'A game' & positive attitude with you every day
Qualifications:
Available to work flexible hours & Saturdays
Previous vehicle sales experience or other sales experience preferred
Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs
Fantastic communication skills
Great organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
Professional appearance & positive attitude
Clean driving record and valid driver license required
