Our partner company is a firm dedicated to the strategic and commercial development of new brands in the beauty and care universe. In a context of growth, the company seeks to strengthen its growth marketing team to continue its expansion.
Missions
1/ Accompany the marketing team in the implementation of growth marketing strategies.
2/ Lead lead generation activities
- Copywriting and personalized cold emailing campaigns,
- LinkedIn strategy and animation,
- Writing blogs and updating news on the website.
3/ Boost prospecting with distribution channels for portfolio brands
- Search for new stores and contacts,
- Use of specialized tools (e.g., Hunter, Lusha) for email and phone research,
- Follow up on the portfolio of brands of the main stores.
4/ Participate with key accounts in certain phases of prospecting (emailing, phoning, appointments)
5/ CRM follow-up and improvements with the COO
- CRM update with key accounts,
- Setting up and monitoring automations,
- Integration of AI models in key processes.
6/ Invoicing and budget monitoring with the management team
Profile Sought
- You have a Bachelor's degree and wish to prepare a Master's (M1) in Marketing of the Luxury Industry.
Skills
- Willingness to participate in the development of an entrepreneurial adventure in
- expansion,
- First experience in an internship recommended,
- Proficiency in English necessary,
- Mastery of basic computer tools indispensable (word, excel, ppt, outlook etc…),
- Knowledge of automation tools and principles (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n) is a plus.
Qualities
- Appetite for the digital and operational, curiosity to discover the fields
- of luxury, beauty and care; commercial fiber appreciated; tenacity; proactive and attentive,
- Good presentation and good interpersonal skills.
