Job Description:
The client is seeking an experienced Corporate Communications Strategist to lead the end-to-end delivery of a high-touch media and message training program for an executive leadership team, building executive credibility and thought leadership positioning.

Job Summary
• Manage end-to-end execution of a media and message training program for the client's executive leadership team, including the CEO
• Coordinate all session logistics and scheduling, ensuring seamless delivery of onsite and virtual training engagements
• Facilitate pre-training assessments to identify communication gaps and tailor program content accordingly
• Lead role-play exercises, interview prep scenarios, and scripting sessions to strengthen executive media readiness
• Develop thought leadership positioning strategies for individual executives across relevant channels
• Synthesize workshop outcomes and deliver polished post-training recommendation reports
• Capture onsite video and photo content from a mobile device for use in social and online channels

Minimum Requirements:
• 5 years of agency account management or corporate communications experience
• Demonstrated experience delivering media training programs, including interview preparation and message development
• Proven ability to engage and build credibility with C-suite executives
• Solid foundational understanding of PR and media training dynamics
• Ability to capture basic video and photo content from a mobile device
• Must be local to the greater Philadelphia area

Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience developing thought leadership programs or executive positioning strategies
• Background in agency environments managing multi-stakeholder communication programs
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, client-facing engagements with limited ramp-up time
