Customer Engagement & Experience Lead

Ortho Clinical Diagnostics is seeking a Manager, Customer Engagement to own the strategy and execution of integrated customer engagement programs across North America. This role will serve as a key link between commercial strategy and customer experience, driving programs that support commercial growth.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of management experience in marketing programs in a healthcare environment. The position is onsite in Rochester, NY, and requires strong project management and leadership skills.
