Who They Are
Our client is a 140-year-old, privately held, $100M manufacturer of Education Furniture. They are looking for a regional sales manager to operate as a "player/coach" seller, managing dealer and independent rep relationships while also driving sales through other influencers in the market. Compensation is competitive with a base in the low 6-figure range and uncapped monthly commission.

What You'll Do
Drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen the company's presence within the Southeastern US territory
Develop and manage dealer networks, manufacturer representatives, and agents
Build relationships with architects, designers, school administrators, and end-users
What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred OR equivalent experience
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant sales experience
Experience using CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (CE)
Ability to travel frequently
