Regional Sales Director - Personal Care Ingredients

Job Opportunity Lead, coach, and develop a remote team of Territory Managers across the East Coast region. Manage and grow a Personal Care ingredients business with strong expansion potential. Strengthen existing customer relationships while driving new account development initiatives. Partner closely with formulation, R&D, procurement, and commercial teams at customer accounts. Drive cross-portfolio selling opportunities and increase share-of-wallet within strategic accounts. Support forecasting, budgeting, market strategy, and regional business planning activities. Provide hands-on commercial leadership within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Travel throughout the Northeast, Southeast, and Florida as needed.
