Executing integrated, multi-channel growth marketing programs, the full-time Senior Growth Marketing Specialist will drive pipeline creation and customer engagement remotely while managing campaign orchestration, audience targeting, and performance optimization across various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities

Execute integrated demand generation campaigns aligned to commercial pipeline objectives
Implement account-based marketing programs focused on strategic enterprise accounts
Monitor campaign performance metrics and support optimization initiatives through analysis and reporting

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
5-8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or B2B pipeline marketing
Proven experience with marketing automation and Martech platforms such as Pardot and Salesforce
Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management and marketing attribution
Experience managing digital campaign channels including email, webinars, and paid media
