Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive based in Salt Lake City, UT. The Account Executive will manage and grow relationships with mortgage professionals, educate clients on LendSure’s loan programs, and provide tailored solutions to meet borrower needs. Daily responsibilities include prospecting new accounts, maintaining consistent communication with clients, assessing loan eligibility, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless loan processing. The role requires a proactive approach to driving revenue growth and providing outstanding client service in a highly competitive market.

Qualifications

Proven skills in client relationship management, sales, and consultative selling techniques

Familiarity with Non-QM lending, loan programs, and regulatory compliance

Strong ability to analyze borrower profiles and package loans that meet eligibility criteria

Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with efficient organizational capabilities

Self-motivated, results-driven, and skilled at working in a fast-paced environment

Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Previous experience in mortgage lending or sales is preferred

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field is a plus
