Company: BHHIC Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Insurance Company.
We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to build and maintain relationships with mid‑size and large insurance agencies throughout the assigned territory. The role focuses on fostering partnership, enhancing agency performance, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities Visits agencies in person or virtually to build relationships, set goals, and provide guidance using performance data.
Acts as the main point of contact for agents, answering questions, resolving issues, and escalating more complex concerns.
Schedules and prepares for meetings by reviewing reports, tracking production and retention, and organizing materials for discussions.
Maintains strong knowledge of products to train agents, support their sales efforts, and identify potential business opportunities.
Monitors market trends and competitor activity, shares insights internally, and works with underwriting to understand decisions.
Attends events and meetings to promote products, present updates, and strengthen relationships with agencies.
Identifies and evaluates potential new agency partners and supports efforts to grow the network.
Continues to develop marketing, communication, and industry knowledge through training and ongoing learning.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent.
Seven or more years of related work experience.
Knowledge of insurance and rating insurance products.
Insurance industry experience and marketing techniques.
Desired qualities: strong relationship‑building skills, strategic thinking, independent work performance, collaboration with team members, goal orientation, and excellent time‑management.
