SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT SPECIALIST FOR HOTELS & RESTAURANTS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Creative Ownership: Serves as the social media content lead, focusing heavily on visual identity and brand narrative.
Production Lifecycle: Owns the content production process, including detailed pre-production and the physical execution of content shoots.
Calendar Management: Develops and populates all Content Calendars with high-fidelity assets and compelling copy. Schedules content accordingly.
Content Stories & Pivots: Creates and provides the Coordinator with Stories to share and pivots to address immediate changes in scheduled content or last-minute additions.
Approves stories created by Coordinator
In-Person Content Capture: Monthly/Bi-monthly content capture by in-market reps.
Team Coverage: Maintains team-wide operational continuity during periods of absence or transition.
STRATEGY STORYTELLING & PARTNER CONTENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Evolution: Challenge, scale, and evolve content across accounts.
Performance Optimization: Review metric trackers for content performance, YTD goals and platform analytics with the Brand Rep.
Pivot content strategy from recommendations to course-correct underperforming accounts.
Strategic Improvements: Execute action plans with the Brand Rep to optimize content performance.
AI for Productivity: Implement and oversee the adoption of AI-driven workflow tools to streamline administrative tasks, summarize reporting, and team capacity tracking.
A/B Testing Frameworks: Work with Pod Leader and Brand Rep to implement A/B testing on content.
Creative Oversight: Lead storytelling quality, engagement and content process efficiency.
Content Planning: Deliver and execute strong content that covers all campaigns, initiatives and content pillars provided by the Brand Rep.
Innovation: Identify and forecast emerging trends and drive adoption of new strategic channels and tools.

Work with colleagues to ensure resonant storytelling practices and copy across marketing disciplines.
