TechDigital Group is looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management Functional Consultant based in Wisconsin, Town of Texas. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and configuring talent solutions, particularly focusing on Succession Planning and Dynamic Skills.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end implementations, conduct workshops with stakeholders, and support training and stabilization post-go live. Ideal candidates must have hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud implementations and strong project management skills.
