Responsibilities

Under broad supervision, responsible for achieving budgeted Professional Accounts sales (e.g., Transportation) within an assigned region or account. Develop programs to achieve maximum sales volume consistent with sales projections. Manage customer order entry, including new part numbers for reporting; oversee customer expedites and confirm delivery timing with manufacturing. Coordinate locating orders on production floor. Interact by phone/email with customers to answer questions, address concerns and assist them with needs. Oversee incoming orders, track progress, and manage work order shipments through IQMS system. Follow up on customer quotes and product sample orders as assigned by Business Development or Operations Managers. Respond to requests for information; contact customers regarding orders ready-to-ship. Receive & process quote packages with drawing interpretation. Recommend pricing. Represent Nylok at trade shows and provide technical support. Apply the 80/20 theory to the customer base. Plan and prioritize schedule to meet annual goals set by General Manager. Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–5 years similar experience in a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Well‑developed verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated creative problem‑solving skills.
Understanding of various computer applications.
Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $48,000.00 – $72,000.00.
