Job Duties and Responsibilities

Assist the NMSU Athletic Marketing staff in developing, coordinating, and implementing marketing, promotional, and fan experience efforts for all 16 sports.
Assist with managing PA announcers, coordinating music, video board elements, pep band, and other marketing needs to direct the flow of games, events, and promotions.
Fulfill sponsored elements such as logo exposure, PA announcements, promotions, and events.
Improve the atmosphere at each event through games, giveaways, contests, trivia, and music.
Comply with NCAA and Conference regulations in all job duties.
Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

Associate’s Degree + 4 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree + 2 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of experience related to the job duties.
Working Conditions and Physical Effort

Environment: Moderate exposure to extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and loud noises.
Physical Effort: Moderate activity; lifting average-weight objects up to 25 lbs; standing/walking >4 hours per day.
Risk: Exposure to hazards or physical risks; must follow basic safety precautions.
Compensation

$48,332.54 – $51,665.84 commensurate with qualifications.
