Owning a $600K ARR new business quota in the North American market, the full-time Account Executive eCommerce will manage outbound prospecting, solution design, and closing new business opportunities while executing a structured onboarding and enablement plan to achieve productivity within four months.
Key responsibilities
Full cycle-ownership of outbound prospecting, multi-stakeholder discovery, solution design, negotiation, and closing new business
Execute the Descartes Customer Centric Selling (CCS) eCommerce playbook across all net new opportunities
Maintain a rigorous sales cadence and pipeline hygiene to ensure accurate deal forecasting
Required qualifications
3-5+ years of mid-market SaaS experience, preferably in eCommerce, ERP, supply chain, or logistics
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in complex, multi-stakeholder solution sales
Demonstrated hunter mentality with disciplined daily outbound prospecting
Highly coachable and thrives in a metrics-driven, high-accountability sales culture
Intellectually curious with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for solving customer problems
