Owning a $600K ARR new business quota in the North American market, the full-time eCommerce Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, including outbound prospecting, solution design, and closing new business, while executing a structured onboarding plan and maintaining pipeline hygiene.
Key responsibilities
Conduct full cycle-ownership of sales, including prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing
Implement the Customer Centric Selling playbook across all new opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive deals to closure and maintain accurate deal forecasting
Required qualifications
3-5+ years of mid-market SaaS experience, preferably in eCommerce, ERP, supply chain, or logistics
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
Demonstrated ability in disciplined outbound prospecting and sales execution
Strong analytical skills with a focus on accurate forecasting
High level of coachability and a passion for problem-solving in a sales context
