Data-driven and experiment-obsessed, the full-time remote Web Optimization & Personalization Manager will own conversion rate optimization and the web experimentation program for self-serve and sales journeys, turning traffic into revenue through data-backed decisions.
Key responsibilities
Own conversion rate optimization across various web journeys, enhancing key metrics such as web conversion rates and sign-ups
Run the web experimentation program, designing and analyzing A/B, multivariate, and split-URL tests from hypothesis to rollout
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Growth, RevOps, and SEO to ensure successful implementation and scaling of winning tests
Required qualifications
3-5 years of experience in conversion rate optimization, experimentation, or growth, preferably in B2B SaaS
Proven track record of managing an A/B testing program end to end with measurable conversion improvements
Hands-on experience with experimentation and analytics tools such as VWO, Optimizely, and Google Analytics 4
Strong statistical literacy, including understanding significance testing and sample-size planning
Comfort with modern web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and familiarity with large language models and their interaction with web content
