Manage social media accounts including content creation, ad design and placement. Maintains websites and their interface with Caesars Rewards Mobile App.. Assists with digital advertising ad design and placement.JOB ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Endorse the business objectives, ethics and values of Caesars Entertainment in accordance with the Code of Commitment and Mission, Vision and ValuesDevelop and enhance company's online presence through social media, website and Caesars Rewards Mobile App including posts, account management and ad placementEnsure up to date and accurate informationCreate social media content matrices/calendars to organize organic and advertising content by platformWrite copy to be used in social media including posts and promotionsWork closely with Caesars Advertising Media Manager to place digital ads aligning with marketing goals and objectivesTake or obtain high quality digital photographs appropriate for use on various media platformsEnsure all images meet brand guidelines and regulatory requirementsResize and edit images as needed to meet each social media platforms specifications and for maximum effectiveness considering the unique needs and users for each platform and campaignRequest creative design for content and ads, work closely with vendors and the internal design team to ensure timelines and creative standards are metReview design proofs to ensure regulatory complianceMonitor social media conversations which mention the company and respond appropriatelyPost original and shared content on social media platforms in compliance with current best practices and the social media strategyCreate custom social media audiences and support the development of demographic targeting lists to support the social media advertising campaignsCoordinate promotions and offers with other members of the Marketing Department and provide social media support for campaigns including advertising as appropriateMonitor effectiveness of content, campaigns and advertising on each platform considering engagement, reach, account growth and return on advertising investmentEncourage reviews of the company online while adhering to policies and guidelines of review sitesPrepare reports to demonstrate results of social media and review management, and meet regulatory requirementsMaintain up-to-date working knowledge of social media and review platforms by participating in trainingsParticipative member of the team by volunteering and being involved in projects, committees, and task force by providing input and suggestionsProactive with incidents and issues ensuring resolution with employeesConduct special projectsOther duties as required to deliver excellent service to internal and external customersAdhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies/procedures in an ethical mannerMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED requiredOne year marketing experience requiredOne year experience managing multiple professional social media accounts simultaneously requiredOne year experience managing social media advertising campaigns on Facebook and Twitter requiredValid driver's license requiredMust demonstrate the following essential knowledge and skills:Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookProficient in use of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn for business marketingProficient in the use of a digital SLR camera for taking professional photos and videosProficient in graphic design for social media graphics, banners, memes and photo editingNeat, professional appearance with excellent personal hygieneAbility to work independentlyOrganization and time management skillsProven excellent oral communication skillsOrganization and time management skillsDeadline orientedAttention to detailProfessional written and verbal presentation skillsPHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: Must be able to operate in stressful situationsMust be able to attend to multiple tasks simultaneouslyMust be physically mobile with reasonable accommodationsMust be able to respond to visual and aural cuesMust be able to lift up to 25 pounds and carry up to 5 poundsMust have the manual dexterity and coordination to operate office equipment, including computers, fax machine and photo copierMust be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situationsMust be able to read, write, speak and understand EnglishMust be able to stoop, bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip itemsMust be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality including secondhand smokeMust be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidaysThis is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements, or working conditions associated with the job.
