Our AI‑enabled media monitoring and analytics solutions cover a wide spectrum of channels and languages, empowering clients to stay ahead in an ever‑evolving market.The main purpose of the role is to drive new business development in the marketTop 3 key responsibilitiesDrive new business development in the marketSource leads and identify new prospectsOrganise sales campaigns and outreachResearch target companies using online and other resourcesContact business leads to secure meetings through e‑mail and telephoneMeet clients face to face/virtually to present the company's products and servicesDiligently follow up on leadsCreatively craft and consultatively sell client solutionsDevelop ideas on new product offerings and sales methodsIdentify new opportunities for the companyCreate proposals and conduct contract negotiationsClose sales as effectively as possibleBe an ambassador for the brandWork with the product and analysis teams to ensure deals are correctly executed, as per sold and manage client reporting process.React in a timely manner and effectively manage all client requestsIdentify, communicate and proficiently manage potential threats or challenges to a client relationshipYears of experience required: Minimum 1‑5 years of client‑facing experience in B2B Sales / Business DevelopmentExcellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skillsMeticulous, proactive and responsible team playerAbility to work under pressure, manage workload and prioritiseA lateral thinker with entrepreneurial flairGreat understanding of different industries and sectorsSound knowledge of technology, including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRMExcellent command of English, fluency in other languages is an added advantage.Experience in SAAS solutions for PR & marketing industry is an added advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
