Our marketing department has grown quickly, and we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to help lead it through the next chapter. Marketing Manager Job Responsibilities
Manage Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display) and Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end, owning architecture, budget allocation, testing, and optimization.
Maintain full-funnel attribution infrastructure including GA4, GTM, UTMs, CallRail, Cometly, and offline conversion reporting.
Drive the development and growth of referral channels, establishing strong networks and partnerships to expand our market reach.
Coordinate and oversee day-to-day marketing operations, including advertising, public relations, and digital marketing efforts, in alignment with direction from the Director of Marketing.
Lead landing page strategy, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization on WordPress.
Conduct marketing data analysis to identify challenges and opportunities, tailoring marketing strategies accordingly.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in marketing, incorporating innovative tools and practices into our marketing efforts.
Provide leadership and direction to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence, and serving as the primary day-to-day manager for creative, content, and staff.
Marketing Manager Skills and Qualifications
Proven ability to manage and develop a marketing team.
Hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns independently.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into clear recommendations.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Clear communicator who can work across departments and keep leadership informed without being asked.
Self-directed and comfortable making decisions in a fast-moving environment.
Working experience with attribution, tracking, automation, and other marketing tools.
Background in lead generation or direct response marketing is a strong advantage.
Education, Experience, and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in a lead role.
Demonstrable hands-on results from paid media campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Proficiency in GA4, GTM, and marketing attribution tools.
Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
Familiarity with WordPress, landing page optimization, and A/B testing.
Background in lead generation or direct response marketing strongly preferred.
Experience in financial services, healthcare, legal, or another regulated industry preferred.
