Marketing Traffic and Tactics Coordinator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee production of extra-small and small marketing projects, including cross-departmental communication and approvals
Develop (and update as necessary) detailed marketing production schedules for extra-small and small projects, as well as for medium, large and extra-large projects based on Marketing Managers’ milestone schedules
Trafficking: Ensure that assets and projects flow though Marketing processes according to schedule, including making all stakeholders are aware of their task due dates
Maintain Marketing Toolkit and oversee quarterly update process
Assist Marketing Strategy and Tactics team in completing administrative tasks
Additional Duties Additional duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications

Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS), or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
