About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic

Assistant Casting Producer

who is excited about Financial Audit and eager to take our content to the next level. In this role, you’ll collaborate directly with our Senior Producers on a casting strategy and help ensure talent aligns with Financial Audit vision and brand. The Assistant Casting Producer will own talent sourcing, identifying, and recruiting suitable guests for the show. The right person is a natural at making connections and pitching others, creative, and obsesses about finding and casting the best talent.
What You’ll Do:
Review interest applications and manage high call volume with prospective show guests
Assist with casting for Financial Audit and other shows as needed
Take care with managing guest information and documentation
Help to keep the production schedule consistent and make sure team members are in the right place at the right time
Help with the execution of content, both on sets and in pre-production, as needed
Communicate with past guests to make sure they are doing well, sticking to their plan and monitoring their success
Arrange for guests to receive our budgeting app, classes, and other resources we are able to provide
Requirements
Positive attitude, great enthusiasm for the brand and outgoing personality
Must be an effective and professional communicator, written and verbal
Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects while maintaining high creative standards
Self-motivated and a self-starter
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight turnarounds
Basic understanding and familiarity with the YouTube platform
Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends)
