Job Title: PHP Developer
Duration: Fulltime Permanent Employment
Location: Day 1 onsite, Austin, TX only

Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
8+ years experience developing applications and features using PHP as primary backend technology, with hands-on experience on PHP 7.* and above
6+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining applications using custom and/or PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symphony
Proven experience working on large scale real-time web applications and systems
Display strong SQL skills using relational databases (Postgres, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
Proficient understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies and familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience designing scalable REST APIs and Reactive Microservices
Experience in caching systems and Graph QL required
Expert understanding of utilizing automated CI/CD pipelines and building systems supporting DevOps and IaaS
Experience in Supporting Production Operations, L1/L2 Triaging for Critical fixes
Have an excellent understanding of architectural principles involved in SaaS and multi-tenant Cloud platforms.
Have extraordinary analytical and quantitative Modeling skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
Strong experience with translating business needs and complex problems into systems requirements with system design architectures that are robust, flexible, and scalable, understanding of design patterns and their application is a plus
Preferred:

Proven skills in performance tuning, monitoring and measuring, and site reliability engineering
Frontend Experience with libraries such as ReactJS
Ability to operate in a multi-language environment with experience in one or more of the following languages along with PHP: Java, Rust, Python, JavaScript/Typescript
Ability to develop strong Unit Test cases using PHPUnit
