Provide exceptional client service on the boutique sales floor, using fashion expertise to drive conversion, retention, and brand loyalty. Convert walk-in traffic into clients and cultivate long‑term relationships through thoughtful outreach and personalized experiences. Support boutique operations and collaborate closely with the sales team and leadership to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop new customers and convert walk‑ins into clients and brand ambassadors.

Deliver prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience.

Build and maintain genuine client relationships through consistent outreach and follow up.

Manage intake of repairs and coordinate follow up on repairs and alterations with clients.

Collaborate with boutique colleagues and report to boutique leadership to support sales goals.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of related experience.

Minimum High School Diploma.

Ability to lift 15 lbs.

Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Excellent communication skills; foreign language skills preferred.
