MECHANICS & TECHNICIANS - SPECIAL HIRING EVENT – JUNE 30th

About the Opportunity
Rolfson Oil is seeking experienced Mechanics, Technicians, Generator Mechanics, Diesel Mechanics, Master Mechanics, and Maintenance Technicians to join our growing operations. Opportunities are available in equipment maintenance, diesel repair, generator repair, facility maintenance, and rental equipment service.

Pay ranges from $25.00 to $50.00 per hour depending on experience, certifications, and position.

Housing may be available for qualifying candidates.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines, generators, construction equipment, oilfield equipment, and company assets

Perform preventive maintenance inspections and scheduled services

Repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, fuel, brake, steering, suspension, HVAC, and powertrain systems

Complete accurate work orders, maintenance records, inspections, and repair documentation

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Conduct equipment inspections and identify operational deficiencies

Utilize diagnostic software and electronic diagnostic tools

Perform welding, fabrication, and component replacement as needed

Support fleet reliability and equipment readiness

Follow company safety policies and OSHA regulations

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of mechanical, maintenance, generator, diesel, construction equipment, rental equipment, or oilfield equipment experience

Advanced positions may require 5+ years or 10+ years of experience

Diesel engine certifications preferred

HVAC certification required for Maintenance Technician positions

Experience with hydraulics, electrical systems, engines, pumps, generators, or heavy equipment preferred

Ability to read technical manuals and repair documentation

Must provide own tools for applicable mechanic positions

Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work including bending, climbing, kneeling, and lifting

Ability to work overtime, weekends, or flexible schedules as needed
