Junior Graphic Designer

We are on a lookout for a Talented Junior Graphic Designer that can help inspire and engage customers through highly differentiated graphic design.

Objective of the Role
The job entails the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics, including the creation of illustrations, typesetting, layouts, and photos. You'll be in charge of shaping brand assets across multiple channels, including online, social, in-store signage and collateral, product packaging, campaign materials, and more.

Responsibilities

Study design briefs and determine requirements

Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

Develop layouts, illustrations, logos and designs as required using software or by hand

Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic

Work with marketing team and Graphic designers to produce final design

Test graphics across various media (if required)

Amend designs after feedback

Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Required Skills and Qualifications

Tertiary education in Design, Multimedia and/or Web Design

Passion and interest in working within an ecommerce marketing team

Ability to adapt quickly to changes

Excellent team communication and collaboration skills

Possess a great design portfolio with a passion for elegant, minimalist and pixel-perfect design

Excellent working knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suite and Figma) preferable work on Mac environment
