Graphic Design/Marketing Manager

Job Description
Successful and creative entrepreneur with a background in marketing, journalism, and accounting seeks a graphic design/marketing manager to be his right hand. The chief focus of this business is the development of intellectual property in the consumer goods and media content space. The business was founded in 2006 with the launch of the bestselling stroller accessory called The Mommy Hook. We recently sold the intellectual property related to this product – including approximately 20 trademarks and patents – to a business partner. Now we are aiming for additional wins in consumer goods and in other markets, including clothing, publishing, and music and other media content licensing, production, and distribution.

Based in Pittsboro, the position is at the company president's home. The role requires managing graphic design, social media, website design, coding, development, video editing, vendor relationships, legal aspects of trademarks, copyrights and patents, business sense, creativity, drive, determination, ambition, and independent learning and communication skills.

Benefits
The salary for this full-time, salaried position is $37,500. Paid health and dental insurance and other benefits are included after three calendar months of employment.
