Job Description
Successful and creative entrepreneur with a background in marketing, journalism, and accounting seeks a graphic design/marketing manager to be his right hand. The chief focus of this business is the development of intellectual property in the consumer goods and media content space. The business was founded in 2006 and recently sold the intellectual property of a bestselling stroller accessory to a business partner. They aim to expand into consumer goods, clothing, publishing, music, and other media content licensing, production, and distribution.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Graphic design

Social media management

Website design, coding and development

Video editing

Understanding of trademarks, copyrights, and patents

Business sense

Creativity

Drive, determination, and ambition

Vendor and freelancer management

Clear verbal and written communication

Ability to learn, grow, and work independently

This is not a job for beginners unless your skills and personality are stellar for your age or experience. The role is based in the company president's home in Pittsboro.

Compensation: $37,500 per year. Health and dental benefits are available after three calendar months of employment.
