Starting Salary: $110,000 + Bonus

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll blend strategy, creativity, and technology to drive real business outcomes:
- Help build and evolve our brand strategy and messaging
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, video, trade shows, product launches)
- Own the marketing tech stack (website, CRM, automation, analytics, SEO/AEO)
- Drive content and creative production (from concept to execution)
- Partner closely with sales to enable customer and distributor success
- Leverage your skills and experience to enhance performance and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a marketing leader who brings:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, brand, or creative strategy
- Strong experience in medical device/equipment or regulated industries
- A blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Expertise in digital ecosystems, campaign management, and brand storytelling
- Confidence leading creative initiatives and collaborating across teams
If you’ve worked in or around the operating room environment or clinical space—that’s a big plus.
Location & Work Style
- Northeast Ohio (Newbury, OH area)
- Hybrid schedule: a mix of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility
- Some travel for trade shows and industry events
