Responsibilities

Partner with corporate and retail leaders to define hiring needs and talent acquisition strategies.

Manage full cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, short‑listing, and candidate engagement.

Develop creative recruitment solutions and talent pipelines and participate in recruiting events.

Track and meet staffing metrics such as time to fill and new hire effectiveness and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition supporting corporate and retail functions.

Proven ability to deliver a high‑touch candidate and hiring manager experience.

Strong collaboration skills and ability to build relationships quickly across stakeholders.

Experience leveraging data and market insights to inform recruitment strategies and improvements.
