We are seeking a highly motivated Reliability Test Technician to support the development, validation, and testing of autonomous platforms at both the system and component levels. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving robotic and electromechanical systems through structured testing and analysis.
The ideal candidate will have experience executing technical tests in organized lab and field environments while collaborating closely with engineering teams to identify root causes, improve system reliability, and ensure repeatable test processes.
