Target Analyst Reporter

Markon is seeking a Target Analyst Reporter to support the Fort Meade customer by conducting cyber analysis, intelligence reporting, and operational support activities. This role is responsible for analyzing cyber threats, vulnerabilities, network activity, and exploitation opportunities while producing and releasing intelligence reports that support mission objectives. The position requires experience with intelligence reporting processes, cyber operations, and technical analysis within military or Intelligence Community environments.
Responsibilities

Conduct cyber analysis in support of intelligence and operational requirements
Produce, edit, review, and release intelligence reports in accordance with established reporting standards
Serve as an Analytic Editor, Report Releaser, and Senior Reporting Authority as required
Analyze network activity, vulnerabilities, cyber threats, and exploitation opportunities to produce actionable intelligence
Perform technical research and analysis of network traffic, malicious activity, and adversary tactics
Support incident response, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and forensic investigations as required
Develop intelligence products, briefings, and documentation for operational and leadership audiences
Collaborate with analysts, operators, and mission stakeholders to support intelligence production and mission objectives
Qualifications

Active TS/SCI W/ Poly clearance required with this Customer.
Analytic Editor qualification/experience required
Report Releaser qualification/experience required
Senior Reporting Authority qualification/experience required
7+ years of experience in at least two of the following: Computer Network Exploitation (CNE), Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing, Incident Response, Network Forensics, Cryptoanalysis, or Cryptologic Operations
Experience with cyber analysis tools and techniques, including packet analysis, intrusion detection, network mapping, file hashing, and system
etwork diagnostic tools
Experience with software exploitation, reverse engineering, memory analysis, or IPv6 network implementation
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications

Experience supporting Intelligence Community cyber operations and intelligence reporting missions
Experience with malware analysis, reverse engineering, or advanced cyber exploitation techniques
Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as GIAC, CISSP, CEH, GCIA, or GREM preferred
Salary Range

USD $160,000.00 - USD $190,000.00 /Yr. The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
