The "Action Management Sindelfingen, Bremen, South Africa & External Areas" team is responsible for the qualitative assurance of assembled vehicles that are still in the factory access or on external areas such as Bremerhaven or Kippenheim. We take over the cross-departmental coordination and operational implementation of all necessary steps so that customers do not reach any detected errors on already produced vehicles.
Action management plays an important role in the error correction process. Through distribution blocks, we ensure that all required measures are carried out before delivery. The measures are very diverse and range from software updates, coding, and various tests to the replacement of hardware components. The implementation of these measures is also our responsibility and is carried out by our masters or external service providers.
These challenges come to you, among others:
Reporting of KPIs to control the processing capacities in the factory and on external areas
Development of reports with the help of PowerBI and Excel VBA
As an intern, you support the action managers in the coordination of factory actions
Control of vehicle approvals within the framework of certification blocks
Creation of management documents
The activity can start in August 2026.
Qualifications:
Degree in business engineering, business informatics, mechanical engineering, vehicle technology, business administration, or a comparable course
Secure German and English language skills in speech and writing
Secure handling of MS-Office (Excel and PowerPoint), knowledge of PowerBI and VBA is an advantage
Engagement and team capability
Communication skills, analytical thinking, and strategic working method
Independent work
Affinity for technical issues
A good eye for the aesthetics and layout of professional presentations
