Summary
Provide exceptional in-store client service and apply fashion expertise to drive sales, client conversion, and long-term loyalty in a luxury boutique setting. The Fashion Advisor develops new customers, converts walk‑in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors, and supports a high‑touch client experience through outreach and follow‑up. This role operates as part of a sales team and reports to boutique leadership.
Responsibilities
Develop new customers and convert walk‑in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors
Deliver prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience
Build and maintain genuine client relationships through consistent outreach and follow‑up
Manage repairs and alterations intake and follow up with clients regarding status
Collaborate with the sales team and boutique leadership to exceed client expectations and drive sales
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of related experience
Minimum High School Diploma
Excellent communication skills and a strong service orientation
Ability to lift 15 lbs and maintain a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays
Passion for fashion and luxury retail; foreign language skills preferred
