Brobston Group LLC is hiring: Fashion Advisor - Crystals in Las Vegas

Summary The Fashion Advisor provides exceptional in-store client service to drive sales, client conversion, and long-term brand loyalty. This role focuses on creating memorable experiences through fashion expertise, personalized outreach, and collaborative teamwork. The Fashion Advisor works on the boutique sales floor and reports to boutique leadership.
Responsibilities Develop new customers and convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors
Deliver prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience
Build and maintain genuine client relationships through consistent outreach and follow up
Take in repairs and coordinate follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations
Work collaboratively with the sales team and boutique leadership to meet business objectives
Maintain a professional presentation of product and boutique environment
Requirements Minimum 3 years of related retail or client-facing experience
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills and a service-minded approach
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and perform physical tasks required on the sales floor
Flexible schedule availability including late nights, weekends, and some holidays
Passion for fashion and client experience; foreign language skills preferred
